EMC Roll-Off Services provide hauling and disposal of construction debris from construction sites and residential premises in Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County. Whether you are remodeling, building or just cleaning up your garage, we can meet your needs. We offer 20 and 30 yard containers for a 45 day rental at a fixed rate.
When you rent a container at your construction site for project renovations, remodeling or simply demolitions, you will benefit from, not only cleanliness, but efficient and prompt service to your client.
When remodeling a bathroom or making extra room in your home, you should consider a container. EMC will place your container in an area where you can easily store your construction debris and/or unwanted furniture.

What areas do you service?
We currently service Miami-Dade, Monroe and Broward areas.
How long can I keep the container?
Our containers can be kept for up to 45 days. However, if you wish to keep the container longer there is a $15.00 per day after the first 45 days.
Do I need to call the office for the container to be picked up?
Yes, you must call us to schedule pickups.
What if I need an exchange or to switch out my current container?
If you require another container call us for an exchange. We will bring an empty container and remove the full container. Exchanges are priced at the same price as the original delivery.
Do you have a special price for different material?
Yes, materials such as roofing, carpets and tires require special pricing. Please contact us for more details.
How many containers can I have on the property at the same time?
You can have as many containers as can fit within your property lines.
How do I pay, and do I have to be at the site for delivery?
We accept cash, credit cards and checks at delivery. You must be at the site to pay with cash or check. You can also pre-pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), you do not have to be on location. We prefer that someone is onsite to direct our drivers as to where the container should be placed.
How much material can I put in the container?
The containers cannot be filled any higher than 2 feet.
A roll-off is a usually open top dumpster characterized by a rectangular footprint, utilizing wheels to facilitate rolling the dumpster in place. The container is designed to be transported by special roll-off trucks.
Above the bin floor in any size dumpster. Any items above the marked line of the container will be removed for pickup, or you will be requested to off-load material before we can safely haul the container.
Can the containers damage my property?
Our containers weigh approximately 3 tons plus the added weight of trash and truck, therefore, they may cause damages. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage done due to placement or pickup of our containers. Our Drivers have the right to deny placement in areas that they deem “unsafe”. Call us if you have concerns on where to place your container.
Do I need a permit to place a container on my property?
Not all cities require permits, however, we apply for all the necessary Roll-Off permits for those cities that do.
